Winter.  The final season, completing the cycle, readying life to begin anew.  Even in Southern California, the drop in temperature, the shorter days, and the heavy rain sends us into a period of introspection and retreat.  We sometimes find ourselves lost in reverie, trying to remember those sweet summer scents, the feeling of salt on our skin, and the warmth of sunshine on our cheeks.
Recently, our muse Alden Steimle visited the tropical paradise of Barbados, head to toe in Cleobella. These images inspire us to re-think the way we style our collections; swapping black tights for bare legs under the Kate Dress, or trading our party dress for a bikini under the Roam Kimono.  These images, shot by Taryn Kent, take us right back to that summer feeling- the turquoise water, her glowing tan skin, and breezy palms.  We can almost taste the salt water on our lips, and for now; in the midst of cold, relentless rain, we feel as if we can travel anywhere, even if only in our dreams.
