Cleobella Rewards is our way of saying thank you for being part of our community. You’ll earn points every time you shop, which you can redeem for dollars off future purchases — plus enjoy exclusive perks as you move up through our tiers!

You earn 10 points for every $1 spent on your purchase (before taxes and shipping).

You can also earn bonus points for actions like:

• Joining Cleobella Rewards
• Following us on Instagram
• Signing up for SMS

Celebrating your birthday or anniversary with us!

Please note: If you already have a Cleobella account, your welcome points will be issued after your first purchase.

Redeeming your points is easy:

1. Log into your Cleobella Rewards account.
2. At checkout, you’ll see your available points.
3. Choose how many points you’d like to use — every 100 points = $1 off your order.

Example:

• 2,000 points = $20 off
• 3,000 points = $30 off
• 4,000 points = $40 off

You can save your points for bigger rewards or use them anytime you shop!

There are three tiers in Cleobella Rewards — the more you spend in a calendar year, the more benefits you unlock!

Free Spirit – Free to join
Earn 1x points (10 points per $1)
Example: A $200 dress earns 2,000 points = $20 off

Explorer – Spend $500/year
Earn 1.5x points (15 points per $1)
Example: A $200 dress earns 3,000 points = $30 off

Trailblazer – Spend $1,000/year
Earn 2x points (20 points per $1)
Example: A $200 dress earns 4,000 points = $40 off

As you move up, you’ll earn points faster and unlock exclusive perks like early access, bonus point days, and special surprises!

Your tier is based on how much you spend in a 12-month period:

• Spend $500 in a year to reach Explorer
• Spend $1,000 in a year to reach Trailblazer
  

Once you qualify, you’ll stay in your tier for the rest of that year and the following year!

Yes — points expire 12 months after they’re earned. Don’t worry — we’ll send you a reminder before they expire so you can use them in time!

• You’ll earn points on most purchases — even sale items!
• The only exception is gift cards: you won’t earn points when buying them, but you will earn points when you use a gift card to make a purchase.

You can’t combine points with discount codes in the same order, but don’t worry — you can save your points and use them anytime that works for you, even during special promotions!
